The reviewer has a point. I'm always pleased by the end of the story but that's because I love me some Vader, but this did feel a little like limiting a character that already has a lot of limitations. The real breakout stars of the series are 0-0-0 and BT-1, however they only have a couple panels here. So on top of confining Vader, this issue also limits his supporting cast.
It's all just an opinion. Stop taking me so damn seriously.
I hope Thanoth is sticking around if the main plot is going to be delayed in order to establish this character. It was cleverly written but seemed more like something Gillen wanted to do as opposed to something that moved the story. The secondary plot with Aphra and the droids tracking down someone was more intriguing and what they find at their next destination hopefully is quite the surprise.
