I have to say I love this idea. Will MJ and Tony date? Will MJ take on a superhero persona of her own? Whatever happens, it'll make for interesting reading, I'm sure. And I love that MJ's history as a former resident in Avengers Tower has not been forgotten.

From Gay Ice Man, to Space Guardian Venom, to last will of Charles x, I have despised all of his retcons (I don't hate him, his writing in and of itself is fine, I just dislike his recent stories) and this is no exception.
If they make them an item that'll be reeeeeeally creepy considering he was fighting in nam while she was in highschool (shifting timeline, I know, but still, that age gap is still there).
