What is Time in the Marvel Universe?

So, I've been thinking about Hickman's current long story and I'm wondering how they're going to deal with time. Is it broken? Is it dying? Or, in other words, is it a thing or some kind of living/conscious entity? Marvel science can be pretty out there, so I'll be interested to see where they go with this. Thoughts?

Do you watch Doctor Who ?, if you do, think of the cracks on the universe during season/series 5, is pretty similar to what's happening nowdays with space-time continuum.
Anyways, from what i understood, the time is a thing that has been greatly damaged by time-travel and is about to fall apart, and has been doing weird things, like moving galactus from the 616 universo to the ultimate one, moving angela to the 616 universo, or preventing that the original 5 x-men from going back to their own time.
