Doctor Who I'd want to see the Troughton to Pertwee era so they can introduce:
Roger Delgado & Cesar Romero teamed-up as the Master and the Joker
Just for the shear insanity of it!

Agree, 2nd Doctor was suggested, and seems the right era, (although I'd extend to the 3rd '71 so we can include (color), plus he wore a cape and drove a Who Mobile, and it would allow for the over-the-top Delgado & Cesar Romero ^ team up.
Would love to see it. The TARDIS or the Bessie(Who1 (or the WhoMobile, yes there was one) appearing in the '66 Batcave would be surreal.

What if Robin joins the Dr. as "companion" for the day. And if they switched I guess it would have been Viki or Zoe? joining Batman ?

If pairing two 70's TV heroines How about ISIS x Wonder Woman
While she was more tied to SHAZAM! - Joanna Cameron and Linda Jean Córdova Carter team-up in the same book, World's Finest of the 70s, would be great!
What's amazing is their books ran concurrently in '77, as far as I know they never teamed up? I'm surprised it never happened.

Probably a rigmarole, as far as licencing rights?
Although she once had her own DC/TV book
I know she appears re-imagined in the DCU and the SHAZAM books, instead of Andrea Thomas, as Adrianna Tomaz

Have the TV SHAZAM! ISIS crossover episodes ever been released?

Throw in Electra Woman (Diedre Hall) and Jaimie Somers (Lindsay Wagner) and you would make this middle-aged man very happy!

Not a superhero I know, but it would be pretty wild. They should get Sid Krofft to write it.
If they are doing Krofft Show crossovers I imagine it'll be; Electra Woman and Dyna Girl!

As for or 77 WW or Batman 66 and EW & DG, they definitely still need to do that!

I wouldn’t mind if Bigfoot and Wildboy were included as well.

Sticking to the established 66 period rule (meaning popular action/fantasy shows actually on at that time), as far as what they haven't covered yet, my top still want to see 66 crossovers:

Star Trek the most obvious, (even shared allot of the same actors, and Trek offers the time-displaced episode, so they can meet)

Wild West (had a similar camp element, even a character called Gordon could be set up as an ancestor)),plus a great cast of over the top Rogues and gadgets.
Dr. Miguelito Quixote Loveless, Voltaire & Antoinette, team with Joker, Penguin & Catwoman.]
The 66 Batmobile loaded on to the train tracks with the Wanderer (BTTF style) is visual and thematic candy.
The end of the Trek episode, could launch them back into the Wild West, where Gordon recruits his ancestor.

Get Smart (pretty much campy James Bond) KAOS teaming with the United Underworld.
Batman, Robin & Batgirl team with Max, 99 & Hymie.

Addam's Family (Lurch actually appeared on Batman, so they already exist in the same universe. Gomez Addams and Bruce Wayne as philanthropists rivals trying to outdo each-other, are played by the Penguin.

    and Dr.Who, see above.

Not mine, more Batman 66 x Star Trek 66:

Bonus ^ Gary Seven "Assignment: Earth" which was a pilot episode for a proposed 66 spin-off series.

I'm sure it's already been suggested but the 1950's Superman. I know it's not the exact same time but he already teamed up with WW '77. Or maybe the Nolan Batman.
