Judging by that cover and the title I suppose Hellboy is going to the suburbs?

My guess is the title refers to him having his freedom. He's lived his life behind the fences of the Bureau, somewhat of a secret. But after 1952, everyone in the world knows about him now. He's somewhat of a celebrity. My guess is that's part of the story, Hellboy having to deal with that.
