Judging by that cover and the title I suppose Hellboy is going to the suburbs?

My guess is the title refers to him having his freedom. He's lived his life behind the fences of the Bureau, somewhat of a secret. But after 1952, everyone in the world knows about him now. He's somewhat of a celebrity. My guess is that's part of the story, Hellboy having to deal with that.

I read the issue and I enjoyed it immensely. The funny thing is Hellboy is the same age as some of those kids. I can't wait for the next part!

Wow, this was great. 1953 is shaping up to be even better than 1952.

    SPOILERS COMING UP

I might be wrong, but I'm guessing the dog at the end is actually just a normal dog (probably Buddy), not a monster.

The character work is already way better, enjoyed the banter between the team and the dog monster is a neat design - reminded me of Fullmetal Alchemist

I loved some of the character beats, especially with Hellboy and Archie and between Hellboy and the kids and the art was great but as an introductory issue the pacing felt a bit sluggish.
