Tiffany being chased by Rat Catcher is saved by Batwing. Lucius reunites with her at the hospital. During flashback we see that in order to convince Tiffany to come with him Luke reveals that he is Batwing. However she doesn't tell this to her parents. Later that night Batwing saves a family in their car being chased by a gang of bikers. Afterwards he has a rooftop conversation with Batman.

It's a shame that the final arc of this series is being wasted on this Gotham Underground/Menace, stuff.

This issue pretty much wraps up that story arc although the solicit for the next issue has Batwing still investigating the Snakebite drug trade and the issue after that will be the final one.
