Battle takes place in an empty and dry Olympic-size swimming pool. Both can only win via a kill.

Well, considering that Tokyo-arc Kenshin is a low-end bullet timer even without Battousai mode ramping him back to his Bakumatsu level stats which Kyoto-arc Kenshin matched (and surpassed, when he uses his Succession techniques) with lower-middle level super strength and at least one wide-angle ranged attack, Lady Shiva is probably gonna get her sword rammed through her torso if she miraculously manages to block an attack from him.

Fair enough, but that's not really going to help Lady Shiva appreciably here.

Going to assume he means DC's Lady Shiva from all eras rolled up into one, and not some bizarre fanfic character or someone similarly named from other media.

Not that it helps much here, unless NuShiva has some feats of which I haven't heard. Given what I've seen of her, that's unlikely.
