Top row. Unknown Soldier, Jennifer Stuart, John Diggle.
Bottom row. Steve Trevor, Rick Flag.

Diggle and Flag are badass normals; so is Trevor, but he’s an ace pilot to boot.
Jen Stuart cyberneticaly controls a high tech hover tank and is watched over by the ghost of her ancestor Jeb Stuart, and Unknown Soldier is an enhanced human w. low level super strength, speed, senses, healing factor and unbreakable bones.

I'd do the Outsiders as a team run by Ollie Queen featuring those heroes who are currently on the wrong side of things. If a hero has the authorities hunting them or has been framed, etc, they can stay with the Outsiders while they clear their names or whatever needs be done.

I'd do the Outsiders as a team run by Ollie Queen featuring those heroes who are currently on the wrong side of things. If a hero has the authorities hunting them or has been framed, etc, they can stay with the Outsiders while they clear their names or whatever needs be done.
