    Default Astonishing Tales #1-6 (1969-1971)

    Hey folks!

I'm curious whether these classic comics have been featured in any collected edition at some point as I'm a big fan of Doom and these issue feature some great stories about Marvel's greatest villain!

Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    -Odd Rödney.

The Dr. Doom stories in Astonishing Tales have been collected in The Essential Super Villain Team-Up and in Marvel Rarities Masterwork.

The Essential is cheaper, but in black and white.

Rodney is correct, Super Villain Team-Up is probably the best bet for a single, collected edition for you:

Looking at the original series, you can see reprint information throughout at:

    Enjoy!

A real shame, that wally Wood left the doom strip after issue 4. The book started off with real promise,Kirby, Wood,Smith,Kane.Lasted to issue 33 or so.

Forgot to add, that back in 1982, marvel put out a small hardcover collection of Woods 1970 marvel work. They did a little editing, cutting the first page from the issue 2 doom story, and I think used just a page from the issue 4 doom story, since it continued into issue 5.Other tales, are from marvels 1970 tower of shadows book.
