Also wasn't Black Bolt restored to full power by Maximus shortly after Infinity ( but before Time Runs out ) in a New avengers issue?

Edit: it was NA 18. Maximus even says he's "fully healed"

Black Bolt alone should be enough.
I'm pretty sure it was the old board's consensus that a full-blown shout from the guy on a non-jobbing day would at least be able to KO the titan.

Strange isn't sucking anymore, but I'm not sure if killing a bunch of JLA-knock offs is enough to be a threat to Thanos.

The JLA knockoffs had some great feats though

The Dr Fate analogue busted a planet
The Flash analogue was light speed
The GL analogue could tank a blast from Sun God that vaporised mapmakers
Sun God after said vaporising could one shot the Hulk with a serious blast
The Batman analogue could stalemate T'Challa
Jonn analogue could stalemate Namor

And Strange also froze Thor , Hyperion and Starbrand among others with but a few words as the head of the Black Priests

Also could Thanos not take down Black Bolt with TP ?

He resisted his slave but the fact that the slave got so far suggests Thanos could do better ?

Bolt hasn't yet been consistently crap enough that he couldn't still scream his head off and end this. Particularly when his teammates can run what little interference he might need to make that happen.

Maybe, but Bolt has pretty solid telepathy resistance (he's also walked through Maximus trying to put the whammy on him), and in this case, you added a giant horde of people, several of whom have various esoteric nonsense powers, who can run interference/distraction/defend against things happening to him for the half a moment he needs to start screaming.
