Most of what you are discussing is hinted at, but not clearly established, during the "Year One" half of the Rucka "Rebirth" run.

It's there. Some folks view it as "Now Established", but I don't think there has been any "On Page/No Other Explanation" page and/or panel that solidified it.

It wasn't announced as much as Greg Rucka made reference to in an interview about a year ago when he started writing WW for Rebirth. If you read between the line in his run and Grant Morrison's Earth One story, it's implied that she's bi-sexual.

WW is not married to Superman.

WW is not having a romance with another woman in the comics right now.

I'm definitely ready to see the great same sex romance of Wonder Woman. Maybe they're waiting for the right lesbian or bi writer to do it though? I would love to see an updated version of that classic Lois Lane superman type romance
