I'm with you on this. Have never liked that word. I think some people use it to describe themselves as such because they want to be provocative etc.

    I'm gay. End of.

Tom of Finland is not a random gay artist. He has elevated porn drawings as art. His art is so reputed that Finland has published postal stamps with it in 2014.
The movie is good as a movie and a biopic. The cinematography is beautifu and we learn what it was to be gay around WWII and forward in Finland then in California untill 1991, we learn what drove him to draw, we learn how gay porn art was distributed.

I get what you're saying but there's now been an entire generation of young people who grew up with the word "gay" being an insult and completely disassociated the word from homosexuality and now there are some people of that generation who don't identify with the word gay.

I'm watching the 3rd episode of the new Q**** Eye, and am really uncomfortable. From the "joke" about getting pulled over for driving while black, to the woman saying the first interaction with her MAGA husband was when he slapped her ass at a club. I'm not sure I can finish this episode.

    Please clarify:

Does "transgender" refer to anyone who prefers a lifestyle that does not match his/her anatomical birth gender, or does it denote only someone who has actually undergone gender reassignment surgery?

    Neither.

It refers someone whose gender does not correspond with his or her birth anatomy. It's not a lifestyle choice and it's not a surgery.

Is anyone watching All Stars 3? Sorry, I have not been in here for a while.

Won't spoil anything, but last night's episode has me PISSED! Shenanigans!

I've said it before and I'll say it again; All Star seasons are intentionally set up to give specific queens a crown. I firmly believe what happened last night is that one queen clued-in that she wasn't going to win anyway so she decided not to play the producer's game anymore, good for her.

Just watched it. Well worth it, if you get the chance. Great cinematography, as another poster said and the attention to period detail is excellent.

Yeah was disappointed with how it went down but producer shenanigans all over All Star 3. Bring on Season 10.
