Kieran you are such a character (and such a welcoming host, never change.)

GEEK CHICHE
Oh, you...
You have EXCELLENT taste in LGBT characters; and I'm so proud of Zachary Quinto. Coming out was so important to so many. Kudos, him.
I've never heard of the film, but I like it already...
Just watched the trailer for "The Skinny," it looks phenomenal.

I can't believe I've never answered these questions :O
Favourite LGBT film: I haven't seen many, aside from a few short films I can't remember the names of, and those insufferable Eating Out films that are only good for things I can't say on a family forum.
Favourite LGBT fictional character: Stewie Gilligan Griffin
Favourite LGBT couple: I don't have a real life one (though Portia and Ellen are adorable), but if we're talking fictional, I'll have to give it to Will and Sonny from Days of Our Lives (an American soap opera)
Favourite LGBT real life person: Mrs. Angelina Jolie/Lara Croft/Maleficent/Mrs.Smith
"You're dead!"- Soldier
"You first"- Lightning, Final Fantasy XIII
"Yes, boo, cause this is Calvin Klein and I don't play that ****" - Tanisha
"You look like a fairy princess...that resides over the pits of hell." - New York

I guess it's not surprising that female characters are less likely to get straightened out than male ones but it's still good that "Gotham" seems to have kept Rene Montoya a lesbian and apparently made Barbara Keane (not Batgirl but Batgirl's mom) Bi or at least hetero-flexible. That could be an interesting love triangle but it seemed Barbara was over Rene but Rene still felt she had to warn Barbara that she thinks James Gordon is corrupt.
Edit: hey cool, the girl who plays Rene is a Bat-fan.

Now can Mystique get with Destiny in a movie?Viewers will get a taste of Montoya’s personal relationship with Barbara, played by Erin Richards, in the pilot episode and how it will or can affect Gordon.
“Erin and I came up with what we thought happened – what was the last time we saw each other,” Cartagena said, not giving anything away.

It's Bi Visibility Day.

I identify as gender fluid...I don't know if that makes me part of the community though. :\ Either way, great to see this thread here.
VERY happy Bryan Singer is back to director X-men: Apocalypse. As one of Hollywood's biggest LGBT directors, it's good to see him getting more major films. Now Mr Singer... PUT NORTHSTAR IN YOUR FILMS!!! No Marvel film has ever had an openly LGBT character, the X-verse should change this (because it's the best verse).
LOVE that you have Stewie Griffin
FUN FACT: Ms. Jolie is one of only two openly LGBT actors to win Oscars (the other being Sir John Gielgud).
Best romance, best two actors of the series... but... god Maguire got better villains. I'm just impressed that they did it, frankly. I was worried they cop out.
THIS!!!
Of course you are part of the community! WELCOMES!!! Gender fluid falls under LGBT. We will never judge or throw shade (unless you wear ugly shoes, then gurrrrrrl you is gonna get SHADE!!!). That said... as part of the community, you have some questions to answer:
QUESTIONS: (what is your...)
Favourite LGBT film?
Favourite LGBT fictional character?
Favourite LGBT couple?
Favourite LGBT real life person?
Thanks so much! I'd be happy to answer those.
Favorite LGBT film would have to be A Single Man...not only is it a great film altogether but the acting is superb.
My favorite LGBT fictional character is a woman named Sheila from an old Italian film called Case of the Bloody Iris. It is never flat out confirmed by anyone whether or not she is a lesbian but she makes it very obvious, and since the movie is about crime/murder it can be assumed that her actions were the motivation for the murders, because one of the first victims was a call girl that was going to meet with her.
Favorite LGBT couple is Jesse Tyler Ferguson and his partner (forgot the name) ... I saw a video they made on marriage equality, or something of that nature, and they seem like a cute couple.
Favorite LGBT real life person: I have so many, but Anna Paquin is the only one that comes to mind right now
Hope those were good answers!
