Default Will you be buying Dark Knight III: The Master Race?

i know their is some controversy about this (mainly because of the subtitle) and Frank's past with things like Holy Terror

but will you still be picking it up?

I will wait for the hard cover.
On the bright side it does have an artist known for being prompt and fast, so maybe there will not be any delays.

Yes, I want to follow thing as it releases. No matter how it turns it, I think it's safe to say it probably won't be boring.

Nope, TDKR is great but overrated and TDKSB is one of the worst Batman stories ever created.

    So no.

    Right now it's a "no".

I think it's past its time to finally come out with this in the 21st century.

Frank Miller's always worth a look, and often worth serious study. And, judging from every other Bat-story he's done, I'm going to have a hella good time.

Pretty much my thoughts (except I'd never say "hella")

Trade waiting to save money. Then thought about getting the Simon Bisley variant, but told myself to be strong.

    I'll most likely buy it.

I'm not gonna pick up any Frank Miller books ever again until I know they are good in advance. This being the continuation of the Dark Knight Strikes back, honestly isn't helping the case.

How do you know, in advance, if a comic is good?

You don't buy it until there are positive reviews from people you trust and you see the logical consensus. In case of Frank Millers worse books its obvious to most people they are pretty horrible so the general opinion would likely be a reliable measure.

Nope. I read The Dark Knight Returns and thought it was okay but didn't see what all the fuss was about. I haven't even bothered with The Dark Knight Strikes Back, haven't heard great things about it and if I didn't really like the first one why would I like the second. It's just not a universe I'm interested in.
