Egg Fu could be a fun character to give a book to. I know he's a Wonder Woman rogue, but Forever Evil played villain stories well so...

Have they ever had a book (mini-series) just them two?

I mean they should be the definitive (fun) female buddy-cop team of the DCU.

It's a big place and the Corps would have interesting adventures in the far future - who knows what the GLC or the Guardians (if they're around) look like or how they operate? It could be a way to show a different version of the GLC rather than overhauling the current one and Rond is an interesting guy.

Does he even exist in current continuity?
Wasn't he wiped from future existence, when GLs were wiped out to make kyle Rayner the only Green Lantern in the universe, and they even replaced him [Rond Vidar] with a descendant of Kyle instead. LOL!

Although I am seeing updated costumes for him, was he brought back!?

I do love that he was secretly a GL defying the 30thC. no GLs edict.
And simultaneously the son of one the Legions worst villains.
This guy had it pretty complicated.
    Really great character.

^^He also later ended up having a kid with Laurel Gand, so he was all kinds of interesting. For all we know he could be running around in Bendis's 31st century.

Make it Team-Atom / The Atomics

Incredibly all three count as obscure now.... (even more, add Al Pratt & Nuklon/Atom Smasher

The first arc being Ray and Ryan teaming up to find exactly what you suggest, the "good" Rhonda Pineda. Who by all logic should exist in their universe.
Maybe unable to control her power, have her trapped in a tiny gravity mass singularity/black hole, or whatever the physics for it would be.
And have them go on a Fantastic Voyage adventure through the microverse to find her.
Ending in the formation of the Team!

A team that fits nicely into the topic of this thread.

Marvel manages a movie where they create team Ant-Man

DC can't even do it in a comic, let alone a movie.

It is wired while Marvel falls into successfully making Guardians of the Galaxy work
Yet DC trial after trial can't make Omega men stick (although that last version they really shoved Kyle into the center of it, essentially they were just background for his story, does it count? ).

And do they like that, maybe need an earth human character, as a regular among them, to make it work.

Nope, they have not. There was talk of a mini series in the 90's, just before Zero Hour, but then Ice died...

I would just like to say that Tigorr is the most badass cat-character in comics period, and DC keeps him in oblivion.

And Omega Men isn't GOTG....they're pretty much the opposite, the only similarity is that they're in space.

    How about Tubby and Toughy?
They are so obscure they don't even have their own wiki article.
