What obscure character that will probably never be seen again would you like to see get a book?

I would retool him to become meta-active, but instead of orange, he would have blue flames, and since Green Lantern isn’t really using the name Ion, he would become a new hero called Ion. Remove him from the Firestorm mythology for good, other than typing his meta activation from the time he was Firestorm.

Vixen and Vibe ( although they've gotten a push still remain on the periphery in the books where their presence tends to ebb or vanish) and near non existent Gypsy & Steel(HaywoodIII)
Honestly wish that the way Batman's Outsiders keep getting revisited.
I wish Manhunter's spin-off team would getting a revisit too,
Especially with most of them having a CW incarnation, any one of the crossover events, could have had a moment where they team-up in acknowledgement of their infamous Detroit era.
And chance to revisit them in their own team book again, using the modern takes on them, with some personality elements from the CW verse.

I would support a Justice League: Detroit revival.
I was thinking today how much I'd like to see a return of the Metal Man (Woman) Nameless aka Beautiful.
She was a really unique character, clunky looking but a beautiful soul, she brought a different dynamic to the rest of the Metal Men, mostly Tin of course, but two oddballs in love is a really appealing dynamic. I'd never suggest Nameless should have her own title, but a return to the Metal Men would be welcome.

Green Lantern Rond Vidar: Son of the supervillain Universo, (who once tried to kill him), genius, friend to the Legion of Superheroes, Green Lantern. I'd love to see another aspect to life in 31st century DCU that isn't just the Legion. It's a big place and the Corps would have interesting adventures in the far future - who knows what the GLC or the Guardians (if they're around) look like or how they operate? It could be a way to show a different version of the GLC rather than overhauling the current one and Rond is an interesting guy.

Speaking of Matt Wagner, I'd love to see him relaunch the Pieter Cross Dr Mid-Nite. The mini was great, and he was exceptional in JSA, though still had a lot of untapped potential.
