Moon Maiden
I'll just reiterate Arak, Son of Thunder once again. Maybe Azzarello/Risso? It's got medieval savagery, Vikings, monks, various other religious nuts, monsters, etc.
Odd Man

Bonnie Baxter, Corky Baxter, and Jeff Smith - as Rip Hunter's team. Maybe Jack Soo, too.
It's a shame that when the DCU acknowledged the Crimson Avenger as the first costumed hero, that more wasn't done with him or his legacy. I liked the mystical bent of the JSA version, but she really fell by the wayside on a team book that was already crowded. Who knows where the CA stands in current continuity, but it'd be fun to reboot that last version or have someone new take up the mantle.
Karen Duncan, BUMBLBEE & Mal Duncan, THE GUARDIAN.
I’ve always liked this couple.
I really want a new take on and return of Madam Fatal and The Gay Ghost.
I want a story that involves Anansi the Spider God
maybe use him to integrate Anansi the Spider from Static Shock into the comics
THE SIGNAL (Duke Thomas) is DC's secret shonen protagonist so I made him a fandom wiki
also, check out "The Signal Tape" a Duke Thomas fan project.

I am not refined enough to name talent. Still, there are a few characters:
- Roy Raymond: In today's social media influencer environment, he's a natural
- Sgt. Rock: with no end in sight to The US' wars, there's room for a critical, but not accusatory eye
- Jessie Quick: I love an all-or-nothing speedster that can fly
- Air Wave: gear him up for the information age
- Dr. Occult: DC could use a supernatural detective ala Harry Dresden
- The Silent Knight: move him from Camelot to Charlemagne's court and critically examine chivalry
- The Black Pirate: let's take on colonialism in a Zorroesque way
