Triathlon as Triathlon, not 3D-Man. The character never really got a fair shot starting out and the 3D-Man alter ego just seems unmarketable.
I would have Kurt Busiek write it and any artist he wanted on the title.

The Monkey King. He was introduced in fear itself and he was in avengers world. He's shang chi, deadpool, and thor, in a blender.
I would also like to see more of the eternals. Since Gilgamesh is going to be in Hercules, we might see more of them.
Ditto, along with all the schools from Infinity: The Hunt - the Pan-Asian School for the Unusually Gifted, the Wakandan School for Alternative Studies and the Latverian School of Science.
Not sure about creators... Brooke Allen, Takeshi Miyazawa, Stacey Lee, Babs Tarr, Sara Pichelli, David Marquez, Stuart Immomen... there's tons of artists which would be good for a book about teenagers.
Love the character, love the artist. hate the writer. Bendis doesn't have the chops to develop a character liker Cal from the ground up. I would definitly be all over it with a different writer, though.
As for my pick, A-Next - by Al Ewing and Jimmy Cheung (hey, as long as we're shooting for the sky). But I'd settle for aa more realistic Mark Bagley.

X-51 as seen by the duo Morrison/Quitely.
Either them, or Hickman/Ribic for something more space-operaesque.

I like the stars on the pants, but a new look is needed.
"History of the DC Universe" by Wolfman and Perez, when the DCU use to make sense.
Patsy Walker on TV! Patsy Walker in new comics! Patsy Walker in your brain! And Jessica Jones is the new Nancy! (Oh, and read the Comics Cube.)
If we're going for obscure characters that I'd like to see more of, I have to go with Solarman. I just think he's full of untapped potential.
It takes a lot to come up with obscure characters I've never heard of. But you did it here. I would love to see someone tackle this character, explore him a little more.
I always thought that she would have been perfect in Exiles.

Night Raven needs a comeback. Because, seriously, Night Raven is just cool.

I'm actually surprised we haven't seen more done with Night Raven. So much potential. I just want a collection of all his stories so I can finally read some of them. I've only ever read the Black Widow/Nick Fury: Death Duty story with him in it.
More obscure characters I want to see make a comeback: Illuminator and Blackwulf.
Illuminator just for fun, but I think Blackwulf and the characters from that series have so much going for them. There was so much to explore and so many connections with the MU already there. I find it hard to believe they've never been revisited.
Bring back the Midnight Son's with Guillermo del Toro.
American Eagle with Matt Fraction
The Sentry by Spurrier and Jrjr
Fantastic 4 by Morrison and Quitely/Burnham (it will happen in our lifetime, we gotta believe!!)
