I myself would like to see something like that depicted in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

    Web of Spider-Man #44 Nov 1988
    "Reunion"
Swinging across the Las Vegas strip, Spider-Man's spider-sense begisn to go off.
He quickly looks around for danger but finds none, and when his spider-sense dies down, he heads on his way.
As he swings away, the wall-crawler is observed by a cyborg Delta, who was about to take a shot at the hero.
He wonders what Spider-Man is doing in Las Vegas and is upset that an outsider may interfere with the survival games of the Warzone.
Spider-Man continues along his way, thinking about the turns his life has taken recently, specifically his recent book tour,
dealing with a weird cult, his adventure with Silver Sable and settling in to being married.
He hopes that Betty Brant is doing okay and swings to the television studio where he has an interview for his new book.

At a nearby bar, Warzone members Alpha, Charlie, and Bravo are having a drink and catching up after a year apart.
When Bravo asks where Delta is, the others figure that he is out staking out the territory, hence why he was winner for four years in a row.
However, Bravo insists that this year is his year. Although the others disagree and this leads to a tense moment, they all begin to laugh and order another round.
Elsewhere still, Marlo Chandler is walking to the Coliseum Casino and Hotel,
thinking about how great she feels now that she is in a relationship with Mr. Fixit, the casino's hired muscle.

However, when she knocks on Mr. Fixit's door, he slams the door in her face.
Later, Peter Parker appears on a daytime talk show that is not overly interested in promoting his book.
Watching the interview from a casino bar, Marlo Chandler can't help but notice how cute Peter Parker looks.
After a commercial break, the interview continues, while at the same time the Warzone prepares to begin their war games.
Ironically, the host of the talk show comments on how the sort of super-hero battles that Peter has photographed only happen in New York City.
After Marlo turns down a drunk at the bar, she wonders where Peter Parker will be doing a book signing.
She then hears that Peter will be doing a book signing at a bookstore.

Later, Peter Parker is taking a limo to the bookstore and his publicist assures him that there will be huge crowds,
listing off the names of famous writers who have made public appearances there. Thinking to himself,
Peter wonders if this can get any worse. However, when Peter Parker arrives there is nobody there for the signing.
However, Peter is not going to be alone as Marlo Chandler is making her way toward the bookstore.
Incidentally, the members of Warzone are preparing to start their war games right on this street.
Back inside the shop, Peter is fielding questions from a boy who has no idea who he is when suddenly his spider-sense begins to go off.
At that moment Delta fires a rocket at Charlie, but she easily dodges the rocket blast.
Seeing this, Marlo asks the woman if she is okay and gets struck for her troubles.

Marlo recoils from the blow and strikes her head on a nearby lamppost, knocking her unconscious.
When Delta fires another rocket, Charlie dodges it by jumping through the show window of the bookstore.
Pulling the child out of harm's way, Peter slips away so he can change into Spider-Man.

Outside, Charlie begins fighting back against Delta, by the time Spider-Man arrives Charlie tells him that she is being attacked by a maniac.
While the wall-crawler is distracted, Delta sneaks around and tries to hit the pair with two rockets.
Spider-Man manages to catch them in webbing where they explode harmlessly.
That's when Delta lifts up a car and attempt to throw it at the pair. Spider-Man catches the car and tosses it back.
Delta responds by blowing the device up. As they shield themselves from the blast, Delta flees.

Spider-Man is about to go after him when he sees Marlo Chandler on the ground.
He then tags Delta with a spider-tracer so he can get Marlo to a hospital, and tells Charlie to stay put.
Charlie complies, but only because she finds Spider-Man to be the perfect decoy.
The wall-crawler rushes Marlo to a hospital and drops her off in the care of her roommate Mona who works at the hospital.

After getting Marlo to a doctor, Mona calls Mr. Fixit to tell him what happened to Marlo.
At first Mr. Fixit brushes it off, but Mona tells him off, angering the Hulk so much that he crushes the phone receiver with his bare hands.

Meanwhile, Spider-Man has gone back to Charlie and swings her across the city looking for Delta.
She tells him a phony story about how Delta was her ex-boyfriend and has been stalking her since they broke up.
Spider-Man follows the signal from his spider-tracer into the Coliseum Casino.
His spider-sense warns him of danger and he and Charlie dodge a spray of bullets.
However, the gunman is not Delta, but fellow Warzone member Alpha.
Before there can be any more violence, Mr. Fixit comes down and crushes the barrel of Alpha's guns.
Suspecting that Charlie was the one responsible for Marlo getting hurt, the Hulk threatens her.
When Spider-Man tries to stop him, he gets a good look at Mr. Fixit and is shocked to discover that he is really the Hulk.

Wasn't the character mutated into a for lack of a better word "Super-Kree" ever since the character got the Navy-blue and red look and that, from that point on, his natural strength far exceeds that of a regular Kree man?

In the Kree/Skrull War (without the bands) he actually leaps up to throw his body under a falling helicopter to stop it from crashing, which is just mad. Really, I don't think many of the writers understood his powers at all.
It's definitely whatever writer is writing the character because to this day that STILL happens to marvel comics characters I believe characters like Scarlet Witch and Ice Man are among them.

Happy Birthday to the late GREAT John Buscema!!!

Yon-Rogg has taken Carol Danvers to an abandoned Kree outpost on Earth, where there is a Psyche-Magnitron,
a device that has long since been banned by the Kree empire. Yon-Rogg uses the device to create a Mandroid robot.
When Mar-Vell arrives to save Carol, he has to face both the Mandroid and Yon-Rogg.
During the battle Carol is injured and the Psyche-Magnitron damaged.

Mar-Vell destroys the Mandroid and manages to escape as the Psyche-Magnitron explodes, killing Yon-Rogg in the process,

but Mar-Vell, with Carol in his arms, manages to get far enough away that he is only mildly stunned by the blast.

With the battle over, Mar-Vell changes places with Rick, who is just as physically exhausted as Mar-Vell and collapses on the ground.

NOTE: In this issue, Carol Danvers' exposure to the exploding Psyche-Magnitron would be the source of the powers that would cause her to become the super-heroine Ms. Marvel!

Fingers crossed that if the MCU Supreme Intelligence is to make his/her debut in the MCU, that he/she will be shown to be able to do anything.

The comicbook character Genis-Vell was as dire a threat as the comicbook character Galactus was to the Kree in the past.

    The pacing is simply terrific!
Possibly this will be depicted in live-action in the Marvel Cinematic Universe come 2019?

    Incredible Hulk #470 Nov 1998
    "Circus People"
In the aftermath of his battle with the Hulk, the Clown of the Circus of Crime talks to Doc Samson about the experience...

In Las Vegas, Bruce Banner checks in at the Three Rings Casino under the name Ross Oppenheimer.
Banner has come here to search for clues about the person responsible for killing his wife.
In his hotel room he decides to call Suzi Berengetti, an old acquaintance from his Vegas days.
He soon learns that Marlo Jones, Rick Jones' wife is also in town as well.
Meanwhile, the Clown meets with Maynard Tibolt, the Ringmaster, and former leader of the Circus of Crime.
When the Clown asks if Maynard wants to join back up, Tibolt tells him that he does not.
However, when Tibolt tries to hypnotize the Clown, it doesn't work, something the Clown mocks him for.
Maynard decides it doesn't matter anyway, he just wanted to make an appearance before the Clown so
when what happens next, the Clown and the rest of the Circus of Crime knows that he was responsible.

Later that day, the Clown leads Princess Python, the Human Cannonball, and the Great Gambonnos to rob the Bank of Nevada.
At that moment, Bruce Banner meets with Marlo Jones for coffee.
Bruce asks Marlo why she isn't with her husband Rick and she explains that their lives have always constantly
been getting interrupted by things and that she needed to get away for a while to get her head together.
When Marlo asks why Bruce is in Vegas, he explains that he is searching for clues to learn who was responsible for the death of his wife.

When he insists that Marlo should go back to her husband, she tells Bruce to mind his own business.
He relates to her situation and tells her that having Rick by her side will help her tap undiscovered strength.
That's when she explains that she has gotten involved in some slightly illegal with some local hustlers.
Bruce then offers to handle the situation for her.

Meanwhile, back at Hulkbuster Base, General Ross scolds Dr. Katherine Spar for allowing Banner to use her lab and escape.
She reiterates her goals are to prove that Banner wasn't responsible for the death of his wife.
This angers Ross because this puts her in league with other Hulk supporters as Doc Samson and Rick Jones.
This inspires Katherine to look up Jones, when she gets to his home she discovers that he is really sick.

Rick has her use his Avengers priority car to call Earth's Mightiest Heroes for help.
Soon, Captain America, the Scarlet Witch, Firestar and Justice arrive to pick up Rick.

After the Avengers have left, Katherine wonders what she should do next.
Just then the phone rings and when the answering machine picks up, Spar hears a message left by Rick's wife Marlo, asking him to talk.
She also mentions how she is in Vegas with Bruce Banner, giving Katherine some idea on where to go next.

Later that night, Bruce Banner meets up with the local heavies that where going to hire Marlo to help with their job.
Bruce tells them to keep Marlo out of it and forget who she is. They draw their guns and convince Banner to go along with their job anyway.
The pair force their way into the vault of the Rally's Hotel and Casino. Knocking out the guards, they then start clearing out all the money.
Before they can get out, the place was also crashed by the Circus of Crime who have come to rob the casino as well.
When gunfire erupts, Bruce runs for cover but is grazed with a bullet. This triggers a change into the Hulk and he begins attacking everyone in the room.
Although caught off guard, the members of the Circus of Crime fight back.
They ultimately manage to knock the Hulk out thanks to Princess Python's snake cutting the Hulk's air off.

... The Clown pauses his story for a moment.
He explains to Doc Samson that with the Hulk as their prisoner, the Clown hoped to use him to get revenge against the Ringmaster.

    Incredible Hulk #471 Dec 1998
    "Odds & Sods"
Doc Samson continues to interview the Clown of the Circus of Crime.
The costumed villain is recounting his last encounter with the Hulk in Las Vegas.
He explains how the Circus of Crime's former leader, the Ringmaster, set the Hulk against him and how they captured the gamma-spawned brute.
The Clown had come up with the perfect way of getting rid of the Hulk, only he didn't take every detail into account...

In the morning following the Hulk's capture, Marlo Jones answers a knock on her door.
She meets Katherine Spar, a scientist working at Hulkbuster Base who asks to speak to Bruce Banner.
Marlo invites the woman in and explains how she sent Bruce to deal with some thugs she was going to do a casino heist job from.
However, she hasn't heard from Bruce since and don't know where he might be.

Suddenly, she gets a call from an old friend who tells Marlo something shocking.
The two women head down to the Three Rings Casino where they are running bets on what the Hulk will do while in Vegas.
Marlo deduces that someone associated with the Three Rings has Bruce prisoner somewhere.
Given that the casino is circus themed, she has a pretty good idea who it is.
At that moment, in the Circus of Crime's dressing room, the Clown is furious that someone
leaked that they have the Hulk as their prisoner, and demands to know who had talked.
Nobody owns up and he tells them that he has a plan, but right now they need to focus on the show they are about to perform.

Meanwhile, Marlo and Katherine have managed to sneak backstage
and manage to find Bruce Banner, who has been drugged and chained up in a cage.
While Marlo tries to wake Bruce up, Katherine has a more scientific way to wake him up: a shot of adrenaline.
While out on the casino floor, the Clown goes to the betting window and puts 50k on the Hulk trashing the circus.
At that moment, Katherine injects Bruce with the adrenaline. As Bruce wakes up, he tells Marlo that he misses his wife.

He's upset when Marlo pulls Katherine away while they wait for the drug to trigger a transformation into the Hulk.
At that moment the Circus of Crime begins putting on their show the adrenaline kicks in turning Banner into the Hulk.
The Hulk comes smashing through into the arena and incapacitates the Human Cannonball, Princess Python and the Great Gambonnos.
The Hulk then chases after the Clown who tries to flee on a scooter,

but the Hulk smashes it. When the Clown pulls a gun on the Hulk, the gamma-spawned monster easily swats him aside.
Before Katherine Spar can convince the Hulk to stay, he leaps up off into the desert.
Soon, General Ross is on the scene and is less than happy that Spar went after the Hulk alone and let him get away.
The General then orders his troops to mobilize to hunt for the Hulk.
At that moment, the middle of the desert, the Hulk has turned into Bruce Banner.
As he begins to succumb to the beating sun, Bruce is knocked off his feet by the arrival of the Hulk's one-time foe, the Amphibian.
