End of Year Report:

350 people have contributed over $25,000 to our legal fund, enabling us to retain a lawyer for our defense. Thank you, everyone, for your support! We are now hard at work on our strategy to win in the courts.

Moving on into 2016, we still need to raise a modest $2500 per month to keep the lawyer paid. We can easily reach that goal if each of our current donors were to commit to a mere $7 per month.

So please check the "Give this amount monthly" box when you enter your next pledge, This will all end in January (if we manage to negotiate a settlement) or April (when we have our day in court), so monthly commitments shouldn't last any longer than that.

Pledging to donate monthly will enable us to stop bugging everyone with these frequent updates, and focus entirely on winning, Thank you for your continued vigilance!

Jack and I are getting ready to travel to Phoenix for a 'settlement conference' on Monday the 11th. This is a last-ditch effort by the judge to get the two sides to make a deal, to avoid the necessity of an actual trial. We're hopeful that an agreement can be reached, but prepared whatever the outcome. Expect the next update on Tuesday the 12th. Onward and upward!
