Default New Lone Wolf and Cub - Darkhorse

Anybody else here get the chance to read the Darkhorse published New Lone Wolf and Cub? I own the entire 28 volumes of the original run, but haven't gotten the chance to pick up the new series. I loved the ending of the original and I'm just not sure how I feel about a continuation of the story.

I too am a long-time fan of LW&C--heck, I have all the First comics issues as well as the Dark Horse 'books'! & yeah, it was a little hard picking up the New LW&C series at first, but of course it helps having Kuzuo Koike, LW&C's author writing, and that the art is similar to the first series. Daigoro is a year or two older, and finds company with a ronin whose motives for taking care of Daigoro are not clear to me. I'm just glad the story's continued in a way, though I miss Itto's strength of character and nobility, which I found really carried the first series, but I suspect this will become a large part of Daigoro's characterization as well. Over all, I'm glad to have and be reading New LW&C. Hope you find the same.
