Default DC Animated Universe vs Marvel Cinematic Universe

DC vs Marvel universe battle with the twist, the universe that we used in this DC vs Marvel scenario are very specific: for DC side, we got DC Animated Universe while from Marvel Side we got Marvel Cinematic Universe and here's the scenarios of this universe battle:
    1. Morals On
    2. Morals Off

No Amazo Allowed in both scenarios unless in response of DC Animated Universe got stomped

whatever Scientists tells us what they believes are the only things that exists in Reality(our world), they treats what US government and mainstream news media said about things like 9/11, CO2 Emissions, and so on as their gospel

I know only a little of the DCAU, but shouldnt they be able to blitz fairly well with guys like Superman, Captain Marvel, Martian Manhunter and the Flash?

DCAU Martian Manhunter has little in the way of speed feats. The thing is, DCAU has a lot more stuff, and there are some very tough things to deal with in it. For example, Dr. Fate can easily dimension dump a bunch of the MCU people who have no way of getting back. Chaos Grundy couldn't even be taken out by Golden AMAZO, and the MCU has no Nth metal to take him down with. Flash is going to wipe out a good number of the MCU right off the bat, especially if the singularity grenades are common knowledge. The MCU is completely ill equipped to deal with stuff like the Dark Heart/Luthoriac, since they have never come across nanomachines. For once, DC also has an advantage in psychics, with Despero and Grodd.

Sadly, you don't really need to get beyond the first multi-part episode to beat the MCU, because they have no way to beat hordes of White Martians.

To make it fair then, perhaps we should include all of the post 2000 Marvel movies instead of just the MCU(in cases of duplicate characters, I guess using the most recent would be the most fair).

Meh, going by the recent debate on whether or not XCU Xavier can mind-whammy aliens, he can't do anything to Superman, who, along with Flash and Wonder Woman, will be too busy blitz-turning everyone into chunky salsa once annoying people like Jean or Mags are down. Mayyyybee they last a bit longer (like, 1 second) assuming Magneto opens Batman's kryptonite pouch, and gets his hands on Shayera's Nth Metal mace, but that's about it, since Flash is coming for him once he gets rid of Quicksilver.

It's not like DCAU J'onn is completely useless. He can go intangible, he can easily survive getting torn in half, he one shots giant snakes and KO's random alien mooks telepathically with a thought, and can throw down with the Annihilator. Oh and he showed he can move at super speed in short bursts.

Thing is if you are saying this is *everything* in the DCAU save for Amazo, this is a really really bad stomp in DC's favor. Amazo isn't the only dangerous being in the DCAU. We've had people who cast spells powerful enough to d-dump every adult on Earth, we've had people with the tech to destroy worlds, reshape reality, etc. you throw all that at the Marvel movie universe and it is a horrific slaughter.

If nothing else, these recent MCU versus threads have proved how pathetically weak the MCU really is. I mean, I love the MCU, but its actually kind of sad when you realise that it could be effortlessly solo'd.

Yeah, they tend to keep the power levels somewhat grounded. DC was usually the opposite with their movies, which is why you had Superman lifting islands made of kryptonite..but then it's like they began to take note of Marvel and then we got Man of Steel.

The thing is, there are just certain characters that break these things. Any verse with any speedster can take out 99% of the universe without much in the way of effort. And that essentially would leave you with a handful of the heavy hitters, who become useless when you realize the speedsters can take pretty much every character out of range. This will most likely change with Quicksilver. Then their is the magic characters and telepaths that are the next break. MCU characters tend to be tangible (strength, some super speed, endurance, a couple of lightening bolts, machinery, weapons), they could win a lot of one on one encounters. It's just a combination of everything kills them.

I'm not exactly following why they could win more one on one fights either. I'm also not sure how movie Quicksilver changes anything. Fast as he was, he wasn't faster then the JLU Flashes best stuff. There aren't many other speedsters, but someone like JLU Supes is slower then movie Quicksilver, but far too durable for him to actually hurt.

Theyre pretty formidable, they just like a couple of the specialty super-types.
