What a pleasant surprise that NetherRealm decided to portray the default appearance of Hellboy closer to the comics than the wider-known movie counterpart.
Granted it created mix reactions among the playerbase since his style is very different than other characters in game, but with the in-game customization I'm sure everyone will be able to create an appearance they like.

At 1:15 I'd say yes, appears to be a grenade.

I think the others are magical charms/talismans.

0:45 appears to be an Elf shot from The Wild Hunt

Nice catch! Yeah I think both the blue cloth/napkin and the comb belonged to Vasilisa.
Hellboy used to former to stop Koschei from chasing him. It turned into something like a waterfall and pushed him right off the cliff.

Despite not being DC, this is awesome. Certainly better than letting MK characters in.
