Yes, this is awesome. Ever since Batgirl: Futures End I have been waiting for Cassandra to be brought into the president day DCU. Now I am even more excited for Batman and Robin Eternal.
I love the New 52. I love the dark and grittiness of it and find that is what makes the most enjoyable superhero stories. At the same time I find All Star Superman to be the most depressing Superman story I have ever read. Yeah I'm weird.
I'm sure this was already announced in an interview somewhere.
So not really that much of a spoiler.
Yeah, this is just the first time we've seen NuCass' design, I believe.
Definitely not a spoiler, especially since it's just a cover being released a whole two weeks early that shows a character we already knew was going to be in the book.
"Magneto, you ARE the father!"
Is it really "spoiling" if they said months ago that she'd be back in this series?
I'm not excited that Cass has lost all of her history.
Things I love: Batman, Superman, AEW, old films, Lovecraft
Grant Morrison: “Adults...struggle desperately with fiction, demanding constantly that it conform to the rules of everyday life. Adults foolishly demand to know how Superman can possibly fly, or how Batman can possibly run a multibillion-dollar business empire during the day and fight crime at night, when the answer is obvious even to the smallest child: because it's not real.”
Glad to see Cassandra back but I am not digging that costume. Let's hope in the future they bring back her iconic fully covered cowl.
Emma Frost, Rogue, Felicia Hardy, Helena Bertinelli, Allison Blaire, Barbara Gordon, Monica Rambeau, Carol Danvers, Illyana Rasputin, Ororo Munroe, Harleen Quinzel, Lorna Dane, Irene Adler, Kate Kane, Rachel Grey Summers, Jean Grey, Diana Prince, Barbara Ann Minerva, Donna Troy, Jennifer Walters, Gwen Stacy, Wanda Maximoff = PERFECTION!
Great design. But I really hope they have dropped the "Black Bat" moniker.
Great but they shouldn't have removed the bat symbol on her chest... i want it back.
