    Five possible options:
-The Teen O5 in "All-New X-Men" (they're not quite the X-Men; they're the weird sub-team of teens that are out of place; and also includes X-23)
    -The original New Mutants
-The New Mutants from the Kyle/Yost series (includes Blink and X-Man)
    -Spider-Man's team of X-Kids from "Spider-Man and the X-Men"
    -Storm's X-Force from Humphries' "Uncanny X-Force"

Government X-Factor. I bought every issue of that comic for years and enjoyed it a great deal.

Would the last incarnation of the original/very first X-Force count as its own group?

It didn't have Cable (or Domino) in the group and was lead/trained by Pete Wisdom instead. They operated underground as a sort of black ops spy team so I would view them as being a bit different from the original X-Force that Cable established and who were more of a terrorist/activist strike team than a covert spy team. This team had Cannonball, Boom Boom, Warpath and Bedlam in it.

And what about all teams related to Weapon X program like:

    - Team X (Wolverine, Sabretooth, Maverick, John Wraith, Silverfox, etc)

    - Weapon X team ran by Weapon X program and featured some of the Weapon X operatives like Maverick/Agent Zero, Sabretooth, Marrow, etc.

    Or teams named Weapon X:

    - Timebroker's Weapon X that jumped realities. They became antagonists for Exiles later but originally they were established as a sort of "X-Force" for Exiles' "X-Men".

And speaking of reality hoppers, aside from Dazzler's X-Treme X-Men/X-Men (multiverse), which was listed already, for a while, there was another reality hopping team that was known as X-Force (multiverse). It was ran by an alternate Dazzler known as Captain Blaire. Do they count as separate team from X-Treme X-Men (multiverse) since they operated as a separate group until some of them died and the rest joined Dazzler's multiversal X-Men?

Pete Wisdom and Cannonball led X-Force were just as much a terrorist/activist strike team, if not moreso. Bombing hospital suppliers and everything.

Wouldn't this fall under the New X-Men: Academy X team?

    1) Original X-Force
    2) X-Factor Investigations
    3) Generation X
    4) Original X-Treme X-Men (Not a Spin Off, it was the B-title during Morrison's run - like Astonishing or Amazing X-Men isn't a spin off)
    5) Original New Mutants
    7) Wolverine's X-Force (Better cast, less well written stories than UXF)
    8) Uncanny X-Force (Really just a continuation of the series above)
    9) New X-Men: Academy X (A continuation of New Mutants squad (And YXM of that)... the other squads didn't even have books to count - Where's Wolverine and the X-Men then?)
    10) Cable's X-Force (Which I'm assuming the the combo of Cable and X-Force as well as Si' X-Force... which were basically one thing as well)

    Honorable Mention:
Original Excalibur... I really only like Warren Ellis run but the cast became stronger after he added Wolfsbane, Colossus, and Wisdom.
Government X-Factor... which is PAD's run till the end of the title. PAD's run was great, the title drifted for a bit, and then adding Mystique really picked up the quality.
I was trying to do too much and not doing any of it as well as I could. But I've had a change of mind... though not everyone shall enjoy it. I will.

This team did split off from the X-Men and were at one point officially named XSE. So, they do count as a split off. The other titles were X-Men teambooks, it’s not about series, it’s about teams.

It’s not about having a book, it’s about teams who were spin-offs from the X-Men.

That's not really a spin-off team. They never did deal with the X-Men.
