I actually like him too, but, compared to Capullo, that's a drop in quality comparative to dropping off a cliff.

    Murphy, or Albuquerque, or riot!

His run on art has been phenomenal, and I'm glad to hear that he'll be returning.

On this day DC sales department shed bucket of tears. Reports coming in that Jim Lee will himself will come out of the retirement to save the drop in sales.

Seriously though it would be cool if Jim Lee did an arc on Batman.

Jim did say he was past his feelings of being burnt out on Batman...

I'd prefer more American Vampire or Ei8ht from him.

What kind of pull does Millar have? Greg Capullo is pretty much the best selling artist in American comics right now.

Jim is working on All Star B&R 2 right now, so it won't be him.

I could see Tony Daniels doing it, and if Sean Murphy already his finished Tokyo Ghost's first 5 issues, it's possible he could draw the 5 issue arc. Snyder can just tell him he already lost capullo and that mark can't have all of his artists lol

Even split on profit plus there's a good chance of a Millar comic becoming movie.

And if he wants a short break, you allow him a short break, hoping he'll be refreshed when he comes back to Batman.

Maleev would be awesome, tho I think it depends on which Maleev we get. I think Hellboy/Illuminati Maleev fits the style of Batman that Snyder usually writes.

Tho, if Snyder decides to go Gotham by Midnight/Wytches in regards to a plot for the next arc, then he can go all out.

However, can Maleev do work for DC? I thought he was under contract by Marvel, but able to do other non-DC independent work.
