Godzilla wont even notice him, just look at the size-difference alone.....

Godzilla is about 10 times the height and maybe hundreds of times the weight of Kong. He survives multi-megaton nuclear bombs. Kong can do two things to him, diddly and squat.

05 Kong is 30 feet.
Kong gets stepped on.
Showa Kong would get crushed like male muto did.
Seriously, 2014 Godzilla is beastly in regard. Hell only reason he did not fight the humans was they pretty much could not harm him.
