Whatever happened to the World Tree killing off all the Thor's because there's only supposed to be one? If Odinson becomes Thor, and Jane, bill and Volstagg are all Thor, then there's too many Thors for even me. Everything just gets watered down. For the record, I just want one Spider-man too.

I think in-context fighting Surtur is going to be one of the adventures Thor had during his quest to discover more about the Infinity Stones, and then Hela brings him back to hold off Thor's team and Hulk gets to take him on.

Think his appearance in the Hulk vs. Thor animated movie.

I have a theory. What if the Surtur blasting Thor in the TV spot isn't actually THE Surtur, but one of his legions of fire demons of Muspelheim? I mean, when Hulk is lunging at Surtur, he is massive like in the comics. I could be onto something.

In fact, Surtur may become the main antagonist. Say, for instance, if Hela and her legions are losing against Thor & Hulk, she activates the Bifrost to Muspelheim and Surtur enters Asgard with the intent of burning it all down. Then it's up to Thor, Hulk, Valkyrie, Odin and all of Asgard to defeat Surtur and his legions of fire monsters & demons before returning their attention back to the defeated Hela.

Oh look, the hammer is back. Seriously I'm over Mjolnir, Marvel could have used the Unworthy phase to develop thor as character without his hammer and develop his powers, but instead they made him a depressed drunk driving locked him away for months, then made him an Hydra member, now he's back to using that uru crutch.
Hopefully this means Jane will be stuck on the avengers team book, while Thor gets his book back.

There is only one Thor there. Dargo Ktor was from future and Bill and Eric didn't had mjolnir.

The other Thor in the Avengers comic looks like Thunderstrike. Some time travel stuff might be going on.
