My lord, Odin is portrayed as relentlessly terrible... and in such a basic way. Not the (sometimes sinister) wise figure of the myths, or the awesome (albeit somewhat pompous) monarch of Kirby, Simonson’s wise guide, or even the morally compromised but articulate and regretful figure of the movies.
Such a standard-issue, uninspired, straight from the tin, abusive patriarch.
