It was originally stealth coming out mid APR, per Cheapgraphicnovels, but then COVID happened and that stalled. BUT, like the NearMint screenshot shows, if it was coming out (orginally) in mid-APR, then they'd probably already gone back to print, or at least had the machinations to do so. I would expect it in the next month or so, but it's never been "solicited", so it'll just appear one day, and most likely be gone in 5 minutes (gulp!)
"Boomerang arrow, Kate... It comes back to you in the end. Boomerang. Respect it." - Clint
"Why the hell do you need an arrow that comes back to you after you shoot it, Clint?" - Kate
"Because... Boomerangs." - Clint.
Ugh... Can't anybody do their job right... lol. Mine is currently being shipped to my house. I'll report in when I get it. All you guys blabbing about how good this is made me order Vol. 1 and 2. Not even a huge fan of DD but I'm looking forward to reading these.
Note to self: pages 8 & 9 of issue 39
It looks like Diamond's Previews website has been updated with new release dates for a lot of Marvel's books. For example, books like the Gotg and DD Select Hardcovers had been removed from the site, but are now back with new dates. Most of the rescheduled omnibuses are back up as well.
There are still some books missing (eg the second Onslaught fat trade), but they'll likely be added after their new dates are finalised.

Fall of the Mutants is a pretty loosely held together 'event', and this is during the period where Claremont tries to keep X-Factor separate from his own stories. It is also when X-Factor starts to get much better (earlier issues are tied down by the original premise, which never clicked and never really made much sense), but not to the extent that you need those issues to read the material from Vol 1. I have the OHC, and will be revisiting the storylines soon as I'm currently re-reading the X-men, but I will probably skip out the material that is in that 2nd TP- its more of a distraction and Claremont is still just doing his own thing at that point in time. Its more difficult when it gets to Inferno to keep the titles separate though.
Well hey I don't want anyone's head on a platter. But these books retail at $100 - $125. As much as we pay for omnibi we should get a printing without errors and without cheap binding etc... I'd say it is pretty inexcusable. Shouldn't there be a person looking over the final product and saying "Yeah that looks good to ship out for 100 bucks."?
It is especially bad when the original OHC’s have the correct layout/printing, so the correct file existed. I wonder if the file got corrupted or if the printer had a glitch or something. Either way probably should have been caught on a proofing unless they just went straight to print because it had been published before.
I brew the beer you drink. What's your super power?
