I haven’t included any reentries.

    30. Silver Surfer Epic Collection Vol. 6: Thanos Quest - 1,816
    33. Death of Wolverine: The Complete Collection - 1,759
    43. The Punisher Max By Garth Ennis Omnibus Vol. 1 - 1,486
    53. Amazing Spider-Man Epic Collection Vol. 3: Spider-Man No More - 1,295
    57. Star Wars: Han Solo OHC - 1,241
    64. Star Wars Legends Epic Collection: The Empire Vol. 4 - 1,143
    79. Marvel Masterworks Marvel Team-Up HC Vol. 3 - 1,027
    90. Deadpool Classic Vol. 22 Murder Most Fowl TPB - 959
    91. Marvel Masterworks Defenders HC Vol. 6 - 958
    93. Wolverine Goes to Hell Omnibus - 956
    126. Werewolf By Night: The Complete Collection Vol. 3 - 781
    146. Secret Avengers By Ed Brubaker: The Complete Collection - 679
    150. Deadpool Classic Companion Vol. 2 TPB - 672
    167. Weapon X: The Return Omnibus - 623
    180. Wolverine By Daniel Way: The Complete Collection Vol. 4 - 582
    214. Wolverine: Amazing Immortal Man & Other Bloody Tales TPB - 509

DC's Omnibus sales in May 2018: Batman: Knightfall Omnibus Vol. 3 Knightsend - 711; Supergirl: The Silver Age Omnibus Vol. 2 - 638
    Thanks for this Raffi

Does anyone think the high position of the Death of Wolverine Complete Collection indicates a better chance of an Omnibus being done at some point?

Is that a historic trend, that high sales in one format generates releases in other formats?

just wait. Even if it's not gonna end up in the bargain I can't imagine it going oop fast like Annihilation or UXF did.

I would not speculate about trends when it comes to decisions on what material will get the Omnibus treating. There should be a chance to get a "Death and Return of" Omni down the road (just my guess and it would be kind of funny).
Also in all honesty: the 15 or so issue built up towards the Death of Mini was not good at all imo.

On another note: woa that are some big numbers for the Wolverine titles. Maybe this will help to finally get a Wolverine Vol. 2 (and for those who missed out a reprint of 1 maybe?).

I don't see that. Why would that be a top seller right now? Was it on massive discount yesterday?

Funny how a Punisher omnibus sells twice as much as a Batman omnibus. DC is having trouble getting traction in omnibus sales. Maybe everyone has Knightfall already. I mean, the Punisher omnibus is better, but still...Batman.

Not sure you can compare those based on the numbers of May alone as the Punisher Omnibus was out in early May already while Knightfall was published towards the very end, almost in June. That could even mean that Knightfall did extremely well.

EDIT: Just looked it up. Previews had it for May 30, so if I‘m not mistaken, it sold over 700 copies in two days, which looks great to me. (Pun MAX was out on May 2).

Also Quasar: Cosmic Collision which appears to pick up right where Quasar Classic Vol. 1 left off.

Wanted to double check before I buy because retailer searches aren’t being too clear. There are four Arron Thor OHCs released so far, right? Two for traditional Thor, and two for Jane Foster Thor?

Also, still no announcement for an omnibus, correct?

so, why would they not just name it "classic vol 2"? that's a bit perplexing. Didn't they recently do that with Cable or somebody as well? I guess they're wanting to distance themselves from the "Classic" line. Either way, insides are the insides, which is great. Nice to see Quasar continue.

This is correct and if you really want the full story I would suggest the Original Sin OHC (although some didn't like it).

I somehow expected JMS's ASM or Slott's SSM collected in omnibus before the material covered in the Clone Saga Epics and Ben Reilly Epics. This volume seems to collect the first two chunky trades of the latter. It's a pass for me.

Yeah, after the Carnage Omni, the Venomnibus dreck (which I just ordered, smh) and the hodgepodge Spidey Vs Venom omni, I was hoping for a good omnibized sequential chunk of ol' AMS next.

Oh, well, At least we are likely to see more Spidey Omni goodness next year, thanks to the movie. Besides probably AMS 4, I mean. Surely they must be running out of lackluster webhead-related material, right?

Cue the 'Alex Saviuk Omni' announcement, lol.
