Those of you that have read this, is this MUST-read/buy, or just a recommended read?

    At least I'm consistent.
    1) X-Men Vs. Apocalypse: The Twelve Omnibus
    2) X-Men Age of Apocalypse Omnibus
    3) X-Men Revolution Omnibus
    4) Uncanny X-Men Omnibus Volume 2
    5) X-Men by Claremont & Lee Omnibus Volume 1

It's decent. The big draw is various spider-people interacting, so if that's your bag, go for it. I got the original Spiderverse OHC, I hated the ordering (prologue issues, main series, then each mini) but enjoyed the reading.

Unfortunately, for me, that would be too high a price to pay for so little benefit. I have the Zeb Wells mini in Digital format. Hate the whole reality show premise. I only bought it because it was on sale, and hardly managed to get through it. I have the Post Civil War Guggenheim Ex-mutants New Warriors in trades. Don't care much for it. I also have the Yost series in trades. I really like that one. Still, I wouldn't buy everything that I have, and most that I don't like, just for ten issues that I don't have. I already did this extravaganza with vol. 01, that I bought just for the Dragon's Breath saga, that I didn't have in collected form, however, I love all that material, so, it was worth it.

    Peace

I feel like the main spider-verse storyline itself is a must-read. Doubly so if you like the Spider-verse movies. Some of the tie-in stuff doesn't land. Spider-gedden isn't in the same league as Spider-verse, but it's enjoyable.

For Omar's list, I'm still noodling, but right now I'm leaning towards

    Daredevil by Frank Miller Companion
    Spider-man by Michelinie and Larson
    New Avengers Omnibus
    Wolverine Volume 1
    Spider-man by J. Michael Straczynski v 2

The Wolverine vote kind of feels pointless, since that seems like a lock to come at some point. Same reason I wound up not putting Simonson's Thor on there.

So happy about that second one! Been meaning to pick up Life Story for the longest time but for whatever reason, I kept pushing it back.

I will most likely get both, the Cap/Spencer vol.2 for sure as I have vol.1
I've never read this Spidey material though. Is this the 3rd volume of Spectacular in its entirety?

There are 3 issues (311-313) that tied into Spidergeddon at the end of the volume and are in the recent Spiderverse omnibus. Different writer whose name escapes me

I'm a maybe for that second announcement. The art had definitely dipped by that point. My maybe would turn into a Yes if they include the 2023 mini in there.
