D'oh! You're right. Why on god's green earth would they collect Liefeld's mess?! Have any of the other sh!tty Heroes Reborn series been collected? I'm thinking no...?

And I haven't reread the Heroes Return run since it originally came out; I just know I loved early Larocca.

These were supposed to be the contents of the original printing before it got changed (eg. PP:SSM got dropped, FF #209-214 added, FF #261-262 and Alpha Flight #4 held over for Vol 2).

This is what it ended up containing:
    Marvel Team-Up #61-62; Marvel Two-In-One #50; Fantastic Four #209-218, #220-221, #232-260, Fantastic Four Annual #17; Avengers #233; Thing #2

EDIT: I see this was also discussed a few pages back.

All four series (except for the Wildstorm crossover in the #13s) were collected in 2006. This is just a reprint:

When the bleeding cool article went up about the FF books, there was another epic listed:
"The New Fantastic Four" collects FF 347-361, Annual 24 (Volume 21)

I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere else though, is this one happening too?

This one popped up way before the others. I've had it on my "to get" list for at least a month or two now.

Glad to see Marvel Two in One having a epic collection.
That have been a comic book that from the very little i read looked like quite fun but had not be able to read it so far.
So this edition of Marvel Two in One is a must read to me.

Epic Collection would be great for collecting the whole series, but if it ever gets to Omnibus format, I hope they do targeted collections, e.g. What If....X-Men?, What If...Avengers?, etc

Would anyone else like targeted collections for these kind of series, or am I in the minority?

It's not a bad idea, but I don't think there's enough of a specific character or team to make an omnibus.

Ahh, good point (maybe closer to OHC in some cases).
I reckon you could definitely get omnibus volumes for X-Men and Avengers, especially if you include the later 2000's issues
