I'd be interested to know why you didn't like Gillen's Thor run. I thought it was a really great run, especially with him having to pick up the pieces when JMS left somewhat quickly. I thought Gillen's Thor run was about the perfect example of a writer finishing off essentially someone else's run, making it coherent, but also making it their own.
Oh, I liked Gillen's Thor. I just think this is way better. Now . . . Fraction's Thor . . . well . . . it was OK but nothing earth shattering. I am digging Aaron's run, tho.

I have the book at work and I'm off so it might be a few days. I will if someone else doesn't beat me to it.

If there was ever a cover that truly makes you miss the faux leather binding it has to be this oneimage.jpgimage.jpg

Edit: Started my quality check page through and yet another one goes back. image.jpg I am really getting frustrated with this. I swear 2 of every 3 on is I get have to go back due to production defect/damage.

I'm curious of what the text on the cover mean "a comedy in thirty parts"
Is it some kind of easter egg from the run?

I suspect it will be a similar situation as IST had with Daredevil by Waid Vol. 1 Omni and Avengers by Hickman Vol. 1 Omni i.e. they sold out of their initial batch and are awaiting further supplies which should arrive in a week or so.

Question for everyone. I have always used TalesofWonder for my books, but recently tried out InStockTrades. Yes, I realize they're sister-companies. ;-)

Anyways, I placed on order 3 days ago and I still haven't been notified it has shipped. Is this normal for them? I realize with free shipping and media mail, etc... that speediness is not guaranteed or even expected, I'm just curious if this is "normal" for them, or if there's an issue with my order.

    thanks!

Have you checked the 'Your Account' tab? If you haven't, then click on that and then click on the 'Order History' tab. That will show you the status of your order. Remember, this past weekend was 48% - 53% off for frequent buyers so they may have had a large amount of orders come in. They usually ship the next day/night if you order on Tuesday.

Yeah, you can see which packages were picked out and shipped under your account.
