I was wondering what surprise Omni to expect in the upcoming solicitations. The Morbius Omni is a possible buy for me. Any guesses for a possible Omni reprint in the solicitations? ASM Vol. 3 as it features Morbius's first appearance and he's on the cover of the DM Variant Edition? Long shot but who knows?

Given that Al Ewing is taking over GotG and his Immortal Hulk run is solicited to reference some of the concepts from his run on The Ultimates, is that Ultimates run a good candidate for an omnibus/OHC? I've never read it and kind of want to, but it's not urgent and I'd definitely wait for a bigger edition instead of 4 small tpbs

I'm a bit disappointed the Avengers: No Road Home hasn't been collected in OHC. I hope they announce it at some point.

I just ordered the No Road Home tpb, so I'm sure they'll announce the OHC in the next catalog.

With Aaron being a top writer for Marvel, and Avengers being their pseudo flagship title (obviously up for debate), I'm surprised they haven't announced any Avengers by Aaron OHCs yet. I mean, Marvel's slowed down their OHC output WAY down, but still, you'd think they would be pushing that. interesting... And seriously, after all this time, why no Aaron Thor omnibus vol 1? The 'God of Thunder" series has been out a loooong time now, and would be the two OHCs into one omnibus, pretty much self contained, Jane Thor wouldn't come into things until next omnibus, which could then be released at the time of the next THOR movie which will focus on her. Makes sense to me. (and they better release Thor Silver Age omnibus vol 4 around the time of that movie... ) :-)

Sometimes Marvel does weird things with their flagship titles. When Bendis was writing Iron Man, Marvel said it was the flagship title, but it took forever before they released the first OHC and they never released the rest of the series (International Iron Man, Infamous Iron Man and the Riri series until Tony Stark came back). The same happened with the Avengers by Waid. But the worst thing they did was with Amazing Spider-man by Slott, as they ignored some issues between the latest OHC and Red Goblin one.

With OHCs I never know what to expect. Right now it looks they cancelled the OHCs with Black Panther by Coates and Spider-gwen, and it's weird they are not collecting Amazing Spider-man. Also in the past the OHCs for events were released in short time, but right now War of the Realms and Avengers: No Road Home are nowhere to be found.

They've solicited/released two Thor by Aaron Complete Collections (and a rough count suggests they'll need 3 more to complete his run). I would assume they won't solicit an omnibus until that material has all been out in Complete format for a bit first. Marvel, with few exceptions, double dips on archival-type collection formats.

I am more surprised about no Avengers by Aaron collections in OHC. That seemed like a no-brainer, but what do I know?

I'm really hoping for a 2-Volume set of Soule's Daredevil. It's one of my favourite Daredevil runs albeit the ending. It really needs to be Omnibused.
