went on a spending spree this past week most of the books I got at Long Beach Comic Expo
omnibus
Uncanny Avengers (was half off at Pulp fiction)
Deadpool and Cable
Deadpool by Joe Kelly
Young Avengers
Punisher Max Jason Aaron
Fantastic Four vol 2 Stan Lee and Jack Kirby
Fantastic Four vol 2 John Byrne
Also, got to meet Frank Miller as well he signed my Wolverine Adamantium Collection and my Wolverine and Daredevil omnibus' too.
Is ff vol 2 by Byrne any good? I've read vol 1 and loved it.
Worry not, you can still get it! http://www.cheap-comics.com/xmen-mag...g6e9hau6rogkb2
Was just curious about how thick the book is, I own the All New X-Men OHC and I imagine that the Uncanny one is considerably thicker, just wanted to see how thick!

None of you seem to understand, I'm not locked in here with you, you're locked in here with me..
"Material from" is always used when they're not going to use the full contents of the issue as originally published. This most frequently occurs where there are multiple stories, whether a main + backup or Annuals which can have a handful of tales. It's a GOTG Omnibus. Annihilators' main cast is "The Silver Surfer! Beta Ray Bill! Gladiator! Quasar! Ronan!" The Annihilators Earthfall main cast is "Gladiator, Quasar, Ronan, Ikon and Beta Ray Bill - the all-new Annihilators." Those aren't the GOTG. Rocket and Groot are part of the DnA GOTG and these tales are by DnA in the period following their GOTG run. So the "material from" + the subject matter of the Omnibus + the particular artist credited = it's just the Groot and Rocket backup stories from both mini series. It makes sense.
