Definitely some good stuff from the solicitations. I went ahead and pre ordered the X-Men Hickman Omnibus as well as the Hellfire Gala OHC from Organic Priced Books last night. Gotta say though with the cover price of the Hellfire Gala book the X-Tax is getting out of hand.

Overall it was pretty good. Can't really go wrong with Al Ewing, but can't really speak on the tie-ins as I only read the X-Men mini as far as those go.

I believe the second cover on my post is a placeholder, whereas the cover on Amazon is the cover from the first printing.

Not sure if it was already mentioned and I missed it, but OPB has Onslaught Omnibus and a DM Var in their pre-orders. Didn't see it on Amazon yet. They also show a reprint of Absolute Carnage omnibus for a July preorder.

I really enjoyed it, and put in a preorder for the omnibus as soon as I finished reading it. Helps if you've read the Young Avengers titles, since the key figure and relationship stems from those books. Made me want to start reading Slott's FF run, I liked his voice for those characters.

Only complaint was that it was a bit too reliant on reading all the crossover issues to get the full story. Had a Cliffs Notes effect at times. But that won't be a problem with the omnibus.
