Nothing exciting in there for me, but happy for those that are happy. I'm probably on the books for spending enough in the first half of 2022 already, anyway

Was worried about my wallet when I saw the thumbnail but luckily only interested in the JA Thor omnibus.

Nothing there for me as I have the reprints. Maybe the Doom Omnibus, but if it's just a compilation of appearances like the upcoming Loki, I'm not really interested. Can anyone sell me on the Thor by Fraction, this I am thinking about?

The only book that remotely interests me is the Doom Omnibus, but I doubt I'll actually buy it.

She-Hulk by PAD is the only one for me.

However I'd have preferred a Complete Collection TPB, as the run was relatively short - and will therefore be extremely overpriced, much like the Byrne one.

Looks like SSOC is just over 100 issues with Omnibus volume 7... what is that like 7 or 8 more to finish the entire run?

For me Thor by Matt fraction (not the best but it's a gap in my collection) and maybe Thor by Aaron (if they include all miniseries) and young avengers (if the price is not too crazy)

I am getting so frustrated with OOP collections. I want (need! Haha) to buy Spider-man Epic Collection vol. 2 Great Responsibility - can’t find it anywhere in the UK. And there was a recent reprint! Terrible.

I see two possible mappings for Young Avengers.

    1. Include only the Heinberg & Cheung material
    Young Avengers Vol 1 #1-12
    Avengers: Children's Crusade #1-9

21 issues. Not that big, but still more than the YA by Gillen/McKelvie at 15 issues

    2. Include everything in between
    Young Avengers Vol 1 #1-12
Civil War: Young Avengers & Runaways #1-4
    Young Avengers Presents #1-6
    Secret Invasion: Runaways/Young Avengers #1-3
    Dark Reign: Young Avengers #1-5
    Siege: Young Avengers #1
    Avengers: Children's Crusade #1-9
    40 issues.

I'd buy the second option. Not sure about the first.

Thanks to the "celebrity author tax" that first one's gonna run you $100, the second $125.

Based on the X-Men by Hickman volume, I think it would be $75 for option 1 and $100 for option 2. $25 for an extra 19 issues is a bargain.

You'd think that after doing expanded editions for Squadron Supreme, Eternals, and Captain Britain, that Marvel would just use the expanded mapping option going forward.

Don't forget the YA Special released during Vol 1 and the Children's Crusade YA one shot drawn by Alan Davis. That'd bump up the issue count by two for both options, as they're both written by Heinberg.

Things I love: Batman, Superman, AEW, old films, Lovecraft

Grant Morrison: “Adults...struggle desperately with fiction, demanding constantly that it conform to the rules of everyday life. Adults foolishly demand to know how Superman can possibly fly, or how Batman can possibly run a multibillion-dollar business empire during the day and fight crime at night, when the answer is obvious even to the smallest child: because it's not real.”

Here, here! August of next year is the 60th anniversary of AF15, and Omar hinted that there'd be some big Spidey contents then - I'm more than ready for Gang War, etc.
