Hopefully I can get the Jim Lee cover but otherwise I would go with the Byrne cover.

I went with the Byrne cover. Jim Lee was my second choice. It looks like both are already sold out on CGN.

Did the Remender Captain America Omni get pushed back or it was the one that sold out on IST?
I was not able to pause during work today. So I got over to IST 2hr after books went live.

Got the Lee cover to Wolverine vol.2, my second choice.

Ah, thanks. With so many books moving around I either missed it or confused it with another books move.
    Remender in 2 weeks then.

I've never really got why anyone cares which cover they get on an Omnibus. Its the cheapest bit of the book, being a flimsy wraparound- I normally take them off in any case as they nearly always get crumpled whilst reading. I don't display the books with the cover on show either.

It's a fair point, but in my case I like a nice cover to "greet" me every time I pick a book. For the most part, I share your view regarding the display, hence why the spine look is important to me. But for my rotating choice of the ones I keep as coffee table books -as conversation starters or a way to get my acquaintances into comics-, the cover is definitely a starting point.

The new edition of the Fantastic Four omnibus volume 2 looks great. I don't have a previous version, but I compared it to the Epics with the same material, and you can tell where there's been quite a bit of art restoration upgrades. Finer lines and more detail are readily apparent. Well done.

I mostly agree that I’m not overly picky regarding omni covers, but I’m also fully prepared to buy both of the Invaders covers when it’s released early next year. I recognize that’s a crazy thing to do, but I’m just that much of an Invaders nut to do it.

I guess I'm the only one that was all about the BWS cover!

Me too. I pre-ordered it, so it will probably arrive with a couple of other books sometime this month.

There are 3 Invaders covers, so which 2? Or are you now going for all 3?
