Just in case anyone was wondering, IST will get new dust jackets for the latest ASM Omni that had a cover change. My book hasnt shipped yet so most likely it will be included together with that. Don't know about those Who already has their book though.

With the Hickman Avengers omnis getting reprints, do we think there’s any chance of Marvel pulling what they’ve done with the older X-Men OHCs and putting together a 2015 Secret Wars Omni? I realize the prices for that SW hardcover aren’t totally crazy yet, but I’d love to see an Omni with the event + at least Siege, SW Journal, and SW Battleworld. Maybe just a collection of all the Battleworld tie-ins in general, since there’s a Last Days HC and the Warzones tie-ins were more ancillary.

The Thing Omnibus - collects The Thing (1983) #1-36, Fantastic Four (1961) #274, 277 & 296, Secret War II (1985) #7, West Coast Avengers (1985) #10, Questprobe (1984) #3, Marvel Tales (1964) #198, Marvel Graphic Novel: Hulk & Thing - Big Change; material from Marvel Fanfare (1982) #15 and Marvel Super-Heroes (1990) #5.

I'll probably pick this up as a companion to the FF Byrne Omnibuses.

Luke Cage Omnibus - collects Hero For Hire (1972) #1-16, Power Man (1974) #17-47 & Annual #1

I'll probably give this one a miss - too many purchases, too little room or I should say no room left.. If they don't number this Omnibus as Vol. 1, I will pick up "Vol. 2" as there is a likelihood that they'll name it Power Man & Iron Fist Vol. 1.

Has the quality of recent omnibuses been worth replacing the Thing Classic TPBs? I know they only go up to issue 22, but they are on nice paper...

No, unless you want hardcover on the shelf with unknown spine design This book will appear in six months so I won't be better than that what we have now.

I read the first 10 issues of this run and I dropped it cause I wanted more superhero fare and it was a lot of Wakandan politics.

There are two days left in the week, so plenty of time for Omar to do more announcement videos. We're getting two omnis in the run up to the Thor movie, so it's entirely possible there will be two BP omnis before the BP sequel.

Yeah, I'd like the Priest run, for example, first. Omni would be preferred, but just reprinting the tpbs would be okay since a couple of them are hard to find
