Probably not. MMW7 collects 80-91 Volume 1 of the Omni was 1-42 plus and annual and 2 other issues. So most likely a second omni will end around issue 86 is my guess (the Fred Hembeck Fly issue) so we don't need a volume 8 MMW, all the material in omni volume 2 will be out after MMW volume 7 is released.

However, who knows how long they will make us wait for that second omni, because it will take them another 3 years to release all the material we'd need for omni 3, so they might make us wait a while on it.

A few Marvel omnis had their dates pushed back significantly, which resulted in some of the preorders being “canceled” to be resolicited later. The new date for NW vol 3 is June 4, 2024. Here are some of the other delays/new dates (all 2024):

2 Jan - X-Men: The Hidden Years omnibus
    12 Mar - X-Factor vol 3
    9 Apr - Excalibur vol 3
    21 May - Spider-Man 2099 vol 2

Are the Aliens Original Years omnibus' worth getting? I'm tempted to get them but with vol.2 hard to find I don't really want to be stuck with a gap in the reading order.

I had asked Omar to ask Marvel to add 2 issues to the Defenders Omni Vol 2 and 5 issues to the Wonder Man Omni.

I have not seen nor heard anything about it since. I am wondering if Marvel listened and added the additional issues...or not?

All the ones on my list made it into the top 60, except some Crossgen stuff (Sojourn, Scion). I really hope Sigil sells well, even though that wasn't my fave Crossgen series. I'd love to see Sojourn, Scion, Ruse, Crux, Brath, and Negation in OHC format.

I'm very surprised there hasn't been a Ms. Marvel omni to go along with the D+ show last year or the Marvels movie coming out later this year. In the past year we've been getting Moon Knight, Doctor Strange, She-Hulk, and Carol Danvers omnis for what I assume are MCU synergy purposes, but nothing for Kamala. I don't even think they ever finished the OHC line for the Wilson run. Strange, and sad.

Ok, I had 6 of my choices make it into the Top 60. Very sad to see Denny O'Neill's Daredevil run, one of my favourites, not chart. I reckon we'll have to wait for it to get Masterworked and in Epic format before an Omnibus materialises, anyway.

    1. Daredevil by Denny OÂ’Neill, Klaus Janson, David Mazzucchelli & Others (Daredevil Vol. 1 #192-218, #220-225, Marvel Fanfare #27, MTU #140-141, Moon Knight #13 & any other relevant Marvel Fanfare , MCP & MTU appearances) - DIDN'T CHART

    2. Amazing Spider-Man: Renew Your Vows (ASM: Renew Your Vows Vol. 1 #1-5, ASM: Renew Your Vows Vol. 2 #1-23) - DIDN'T CHART

    3. Captain Britain & Union Jack (Captain Britain & MI 13 #1-15, Annual #1, Spitfire #1, material from Age of Heroes #1, Union Jack Vol. 1 #1-3, Union Jack Vol 2 #1-4, Revolutionary War Parts 1-8, The Union #1-5) - DIDN'T CHART

    4. Iron Man by David Michelinie Vol. 2 (#216-250, Annuals) - NO. 33

    5. Amazing Spider-Man by David Michelinie & Mark Bagley (ASM #351-377, 381-389 & Annuals) - NO. 8

    6. New Avengers Vol. 2 - NO. 11

    7. Silver Surfer Vol. 2 - NO. 15

    8. Captain America by Mark Gruenwald - NO. 7

    9. Daredevil (SA) Vol. 3 - NO. 52

    10. Golden Age Captain America Vol. 3 - DIDN'T CHART
