Deadly Genesis was just collected in the Giant Size X-Men 40th Anniversary OHC just a few months ago.

I just don't see this as an argument against Omni inclusion. Maybe space or it just "doesn't fit thematically" but marvel constantly reprints recent stuff. Heck they're Omni-ing material from OHCs that aren't even out yet, like Ms. Marvel and they did it with Hawkeye. As I said before they had kings of pain in three omnis within like a year of each other and most of Spider-man Acts of Vengeance was in two omnis and an epic. Not to mention War of Kings is reprinting GotG material. I feel like if it's justified in the story or can be used as filler, marvel will see any recently repurposed material as fair game. Plus that X-Men anniversary OHC wasn't much of a celebration and was really only a cash grab. And some if it has recently hit omnis that have been reprinted.
