Wowee that is thick. Considering the thinner paper, that is a lot of material.
Just put in the order with IST.
Also got Gotham Central, my first DC Omnibus.
Hopefully the binding is the same quality as Marvel.

Sells over 30k in print, thats reasonably popular nowadays *and* was is the #1 digital book, awhile back.

I think Hawkeye and Ms. Marvel got omnis based on critical acclaim more then reader numbers. But who knows, perhaps they were where the darts landed in the Collected Editions Office Omnibus selection process.

Each time tehre's new "New Mutants" movie news I cross my fingers & hope for the Omnibus, latest imagens on the Lineup news are acompanied by images of the Zeb Wells run.
I'm a old school guy so... But what would you guys prefer? A New Mutants Vol. 1 Omni or a New Mutants by Zeb Wells Omnibus?

I recently finished the first volumes of Doctor Strange, Guardians of the Galaxy and Invincible Iron Man and thought they were all fantastic. Iron Man and Guardians in particular were great; Iron Man is one of the best titles Bendis has written in 10 years and Guardians is like a completely different title than the previous and admittedly uneven volume.

Drop me a PM if you are interested in the digital codes from any of them, as I never use them and would hate to see them go to waste.
There have been some interesting books, I've been enjoying:

    Extraordinary X-Men
    Carnage
    Black Knight
    Mocking Bird
    Captain Marvel

Web Warriors and Ultimates have some potential but haven't been as good as I'd wanted them to be.

Black Panther, Daredevil I've only had one issue but so far so good.

I ordered Gotham Central as well. Having read through DC's recent Wonder Woman omnibus, if Gotham Central is built anything like that, only the omnibus collector who has never seen and will never see a well built omnibus can be upset to the point of deciding they would rather not read the book than suffer through whatever it is that bothers them about the book.

Thanks, it's thicker than I expected.

Any chance of a spine of the spine?

Seeing that i just finished hunting down the Zeb Wells run I'm sure we'll see an announcement for New Mutants by Zeb Wells Omnibus around the corner. Any one of them would be instant buy for me, but I would prefer the Claremont run.

I think Ms Marvel has been really successful in getting young adult readers into comics, just like what Spider-man did a looooong time ago.

Ms. Marvel sells a lot in tpb to the bookstore crowd. I don't know if her floppies move good numbers but she does very good business for Marvel overall.

Was kinda hoping for that off white color to match the annihilation omni's, sort of a matching cosmic theme along with WoK.

I'd prefer the classic, but oh man, I'd buy an OHC of Zeb Wells' New Mutants issues in a New York minute. SUCH an underrated run. Probably not enough to fill an omni (what was it, 18 issues total? And three of those were Second Coming crossover issues, so you'd probably leave those out), but it'd make for a perfect OHC.

Well, in July IDW will release a New Mutants by Bill Siekenverivwerchaz.....however you spell it Artist Select HC. It's basically an over-sized New Mutants by Bill Omnibus.
