A three year gap is pretty big. I'm still thinking there was a good size space between Uncanny X-Men 1 and 2 although I'm thinking Marvel reprinted 1 and then followed a year later with 2.
According to our dear friend krisis spread sheet time between first printings and sequels is:
    Spider-Man 1 to 2 5 years
    Cap (SA) 1 to 2 5 years
    Cap Bru 3 to 4 4 years
    FF 2 to 3 8 years
    UXM 1 to 2 8 years
Again that is the time between first prints. The average seems to be 2-3 years and that typically holds true when reprints are in play as well. I think the Cap Bru may take it since there are no reprints in play.

Hey guys, what is the reading order for the All-New X-Men and Uncanny X-Men Deluxe Editions?

Wow, 8 years on some of them. Didn't realize that. Thanks for finding this.
I guess that means there's some hope for that third Fraction Iron Man.
    Ha.

ANXM begins prior to UXM, but as soon as UXM kicks in there is a lot of interweaving early in the series. I don't 100% trust this order yet, but it's pretty close:

    All-New X-Men (2013) #1-8
    Uncanny X-Men (2013) #1-2
    All-New X-Men (2013) #9-11
    Uncanny X-Men (2013) #3-9
    All-New X-Men (2013) #11-14
    Uncanny X-Men (2013) #10-11
    All-New X-Men (2013) #15, Special, 16
    Uncanny X-Men (2013) #12
    All-New X-Men (2013) #17
    Uncanny X-Men (2013) #13-14
    All-New X-Men (2013) #18
    Uncanny X-Men (2013) #18
    All-New X-Men (2013) #19-21
    Uncanny X-Men (2013) #15-17 ~ X-Men: No More Humans OGN
    Annuals (both)
    Uncanny X-Men (2013) #18
    All-New X-Men (2013) #22-25 & Special
    Uncanny X-Men (2013) #19-25
    All-New X-Men (2013) #26-31
Uncanny X-Men (2013) #24-31 (mostly erased by a time paradox)
    All-New X-Men (2013) #31-36
    Uncanny X-Men (2013) #32-33
    All-New X-Men (2013) #37-41
    Uncanny X-Men (2013) #34-35 & 600

Based on that, you probably should read:

    ANXM Vol. 1 (#1-10)
UXM Vol. 1 first half (#1-11)
ANXM Vol. 2 first half (#11-15)
    BOTA: (ANXM #16-17 & UXM #12-13)
ANXM Vol. 2 second half (#18-21)
UXM Vol. 1 second half (#14-18) + X-Men: No More Humans OGN
    ANXM Vol. 3 (#22-30)
    UXM Vol. 2 to #19-31
    ANXM Vol. 3 (#31-41)
    UXM Vol. 2 to #32-35 & 600

Yeah, but I don't know if we can compare the middling finish of Fraction's Iron Man to a UXM Silver Age run. I've given up on it, at this point.

Do you read comics in TPBs, HCs, and omnibuses - or are just not sure where to start? Check out my definitive guides to DC (including Rebirth!), Valiant Comics, and Marvel - including every X-Men and Avengers team and each Marvel Event.

You'll find definitive reading guides including every issue of every major Marvel hero and team, like Black Panther, Captain America, Captain/Ms. Marvel, Daredevil, Deadpool, Spider-Man, & and more!

The Amazon listing for vol. 1 doesn't have the golden age issue but it does have Tales of Suspense #80.

Did marvel really do a second printing and leave out a key issue?
    Short answer, yes.

Marvel reprinted the hardcover MMW Subby Vol 1 twice -- with slightly different covers, title pages, and table of contents -- both of those editions have the first golden age, Marvel appearance of Namor from Marvel Comics #1 -- but not the earlier black and white edition from Motion Picture Funnies. Both of those hardcovers do NOT have the Tales Suspense #80 crossover issue, however. No idea why they left it out when they reprinted the second edition.

The MMW Subby Vol 1 was reprinted a third time in paperback, and that had the Tales of Suspense #80 issue, but I believe ditched the first golden age story. Essentials Subby vol 1 also ditched the golden age story and added the Tales of Suspense story.
Namor the Sub-Mariner, Marvel's oldest character, will have been published for 85 years in 2024. So where's my GOOD Namor anniversary ongoing, Marvel?

Regardless, I think that ship has sailed. I would say the best bet would be for them to release an "Iron Man by Matt Fraction complete collection" set of chunky trades, like what they're now doing with Bendis' New Avengers run. Which also means the probability of a New Avengers omnibus vol 2 is really low now.

    In my opinion, that is...
"Boomerang arrow, Kate... It comes back to you in the end. Boomerang. Respect it." - Clint
"Why the hell do you need an arrow that comes back to you after you shoot it, Clint?" - Kate
    "Because... Boomerangs." - Clint.

I don't think they'll collect it either. It was meant to be a joke. I was trying to find the biggest gap between collection publications.

The ship has long sailed on the Fraction IM and the Bruce Jones Hulk.
