Generally the end of their many runs together is considered to be Fantastic Four #102, which was shortly before Kirby departed Marvel.

Gambled on the Thor vol 3 omnibus rather than buy the OOP masterworks and won. Although I didn't think vol 10 would be a part of it, but that's okay as it was the cheapest masterwork I've ever bought at only $15. Very happy over here this morning!

I'm hoping that with Luke Cage getting the MMW treatment now that an OMNI could be a few years away depending on the show's run.
The SW UK Omni isn't going to be a week of release buy for me but I could see me going for it on Black Friday or a Clearance event.
How is the Darth Vader material?

The DM covers on Thor and Punisher will be my choices on those books. Kind of had hoped for the ongoing Punisher #1 for the DM cover where he's holding the bazooka on the fire escape though.

Yes! At least on his most excellent MAX series run. It was all released in 4 volumes of nice fat Complete Collection paperbacks last year. There is also a volume 5 that isn't written by Ennis that is out. I haven't read or bought that one yet though. Really great stuff.

The fire escape bazooka cover you mention is actually from the 2nd Punisher series which is not in the Omnibus. The Mike Zeck cover is "correctly" from the 1st issue from the 1st Punisher series which was a 5-issue miniseries and is included in its entirety in this Omnibus.
