Daredevil by Bendis Omnibus Vol. 1 ( I already have Vol. 2) and Marvel Masterworks Daredevil Vol. 14 HC are instant buys for me. The Incredible Hulk by David Omnibus Vol. 1 is a very possible buy. I really need to cut down due to lack of space and time (& finance) constraints.

I wonder what the Black Bolt OHC is about?

I believe it's the recent series by Saladin Ahmed where Black Bolt is in some sort of space prison. I never read it, but it got great reviews!

    Which should I buy?

    Daredevil silver age Omni
    DD by Brubaker/Lark omnis
    DD by Waid omnis

I only have the Miller omni and companion, I love it and want more DD in my life but unsure how to as that's all I've read of him.

    All of the above. Heh!

It all depends on how big a Daredevil fan you are. The Miller run is my favourite and probably the nearest you'll get in flavour would be the Bendis and Brubaker runs. Note that reprints of the Bendis Omnibuses are on their way and that run directly precedes the Brubaker run so you would be better off waiting with regards to the reading experience.

If you don't mind silver age corny stories and you plan on collecting and reading all of Daredevil in oversized format, then take the Vol. 1 Silver Age Omnibus. It's one of my favourite Omnis but then again Daredevil is my favourite character and some of rhose stories can be pretty taxing.

Anyone of those Omnis you listed could shortly go OOP and then after that it will be tricky to find them at a good price. Waid's run is much lighthearted visually but has deep and heavy issues. It took me and others to get adjusted to the art style. The first part is very good but gets a wee bit silly to the end during Matt's time in San Francisco.

From my understanding the Waid and possibly the Brubaker Omnis are part of the recent Marvel liquidation sale. If you can find any or all of them at a decent price, I would snap them up.

Thank you for the great response, Raffi! If I could afford them all I certainly would love to do that, but I'm trying to prioritize while a few of these are on sale right now, and before they go OOP (damn this hobby!).

I'm not a huge silver-age fan but I do have a curiosity (and propensity) to start at the beginning. I love SA Spider-Man though so I'm willing to give DD a try, but with expectations that it likely won't live up to Spidey's greatness.

And I did see that the Bendis books are getting a reprint, which I've gathered are an iconic run in the Miller-vein, so I plan on grabbing those when they're released. Maybe I should snag the Brubaker volumes now and set them aside for the appropriate time. I'm not familiar with Mark Waid at all so with your description I'll put that on the back burner.

Very good point. Those are the David Mack issues. It could be a typo. We'll have to wait and see.
