lately you have to be vigilant with amazon preorder deals. Sometimes they cancel your order claiming the book is not available but make a new solicit for it, same isbn and everything but higher price. Seen a good handful of people dealing with this but if you are persistent enough you can convince their costumer service that it is indeed the same book and they will honour your preorder. Won't necessarily happen, my Akira box set got despatched for £95 without any issues but it's not uncommon lately.

Darn. Really love and admire his Supergirl run. Pretty sure ive made that no secret, haha. Ill try his Aquaman run. Loved Atlantis Chronicles.

AC was a lot more sophisticated and an amazing read. I would like to read his Supergirl and his X-Factor.

Yeah, don't take what I said about Aquaman as a criticism. It's just kind of simple and quick to read through. It also can be a little silly or self deprecating at times but that's probably PAD having a little fun.

Somebody over on the MMW Forum noticed that the page count has been reduced from 1000 to 672. I'm not sure of their source, possibly Edelweiss. Anyway, that's most probably the reason for the price drop. Here's the link to the MMW Forum chat: https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/marv...743-s2940.html

It’s still at 1000 pages on Amazon U.K. and the price has dropped from about £80 to £55.

Lol. I appreciate all intelligent reviews and opinions on comics. I didn't see them as harsh by any means. I was picking it up regardless. I can't wait to read it and maybe we can discuss it further.

Yeah the page count listing changed awhile back. I noticed it on December 26th.

DC’s “Hitman” Possibly Coming To TV?
A TV series adaptation of Garth Ennis and John McCrea’s cult 1993 comic “Hitman” is potentially in the works.
DC Chief Geoff Johns revealed at a panel (via CBR) over the weekend: “We are talking about hitman” when asked about further potential DC properties under consideration for the small screen.
