Preordered Batman: The Dark Knight Detective Vol. 8 (along with some other upcoming Batman trades).
Things I love: Batman, Superman, AEW, old films, Lovecraft

Grant Morrison: “Adults...struggle desperately with fiction, demanding constantly that it conform to the rules of everyday life. Adults foolishly demand to know how Superman can possibly fly, or how Batman can possibly run a multibillion-dollar business empire during the day and fight crime at night, when the answer is obvious even to the smallest child: because it's not real.”

    Hmmm...

I already have the first Absolute Watchmen, but some pages are wanting to fall out, and the outer slip is bubbling.
Wonder if this new printing will be much of an upgrade, if any.

I'm not into Absolutes, so for Watchmen, I'd want: Watchmen Omnibus

Which would collect: 1-12, Watchmen: Watching the Watchmen and Watchmen: Taking out the Trash game modules, the Watchmen Sourcebook, Who's Who in The DC Universe featuring the Watchmen and Minutemen characters, The Question #17, DC Spotlight #1
Things I love: Batman, Superman, AEW, old films, Lovecraft

Is their any word on the release of the third Milestone Compendium? I really loved Milestone's initial release I have my favorite titles of the run but was excited to read the other material. I have heard that it would take four compendium's to do it and two of them are already done. You guys seem to know ahead of time of what is down the pike. I was just wondering if the third compendium has already been announced by DC probably around February next year, which I think the last two compendiums were released.

PRH has tentative listings for DC thru Jan 2024. No Milestone v3 there yet, and they probably won't update that list for February for a few months
