See, that's what I thought, but somebody took pictures of the omnibus and one of the pages from the Rebirth one shot was among the pictures I saw. (edit: actually, looking back at the post on the FB group I'm on, the guy who posted the pictures confirmed that Rebirth #1 IS in the omni.)

WTF DC? My Rebirth Deluxe is in the mail because it was supposedly taken out of the omnibus. Can't they ever get their solicits right?

Here's a few of the pics he posted. The omni has a sewn/glued binding unfortunately, which I haven't seen in a DC omni in a long time. I guess they rushed it out like Marvel sometimes does with their event OHCs.

It'll probably be whatever event comics they do to follow up on the main Rebirth plot next year.

It could be the other Rebirth issues, such as JLA Rebirth, Batwoman Rebirth, and maybe others that will be released in the meantime.

That terrible binding makes this an automatic no for me. I've read several of these one-shots in floppies and truth be told, they're all pretty much skippable. Anything even remotely important gets covered again in all of the books proper first issues.

Yeah, I have zero incentive to buy this. I don't like a collection of separate #1s like this anyway.

Same. For the 8 bucks it cost me, I'm pretty happy. It's a pretty good one shot, and some of the stories that have spun out of it have been great. Looking forward to DC's new ohc initiative with these new series. I just hope they stick with it

Yeah. If I want any of the Rebirth issues, I'll just get the trades or HCs of the series. It's not like the specials are standalone or anything.
